Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how. For broader context, see our Privacy Policy.

To request deletion, email us at:

Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your tuagencia account.
• The name of your organization on the platform.
• Whether you want to delete (a) your entire account, or (b) specific data (e.g., a connected channel, a brain document, conversation history).
• If you are requesting on behalf of an end-customer of one of our customers, identify the customer's organization and the end-customer's sender identifier (phone number, page-scoped ID, or email).

1. We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
2. We verify your identity to prevent fraudulent deletions.
3. We complete the deletion within 30 days of verified request, except for data we must retain under law.
4. We notify you when deletion is complete.

• Your account profile (email, name, password hash).
• Your organization data, bot configurations, brain documents, and uploaded files.
• Conversation history routed through your bots.
• Connected channel credentials (Meta page access tokens, Kapso integration data, OAuth tokens).
• Vector embeddings and long-term memory state.
• API keys and webhook configurations.

• Billing and tax records: retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. tax law.
• Aggregated, anonymized usage metrics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Data subject to legal hold (active investigations, litigation, regulatory requirements).

If you have connected a Facebook Page or an Instagram Business account to tuagencia, you can trigger the deletion of associated Meta platform data in three ways:

• Disconnect the integration from within tuagencia.
• Revoke our app's access from your Facebook Business Settings → Business Integrations.
• Email hello@tuagencia.app with subject "Meta Data Deletion".

On any of these triggers, we revoke our stored page access tokens immediately and delete cached Meta platform data (page metadata, end-customer sender IDs originated from that channel, conversation logs from that channel) within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We also support Meta's Data Deletion Callback. If Meta forwards a deletion signal to our app on your behalf, we honor it within the same 30-day window.

If you are an end-customer of one of our customers (you messaged a bot operated through tuagencia), the customer who operates the bot is the data controller. We recommend you contact them directly. If you cannot reach them, write to hello@tuagencia.app and we will forward your request to the appropriate customer and follow up with the deletion when authorized.

We use sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We will coordinate with them to delete your data, but their internal deletion timelines may vary. If a specific sub-processor's timeline is material to your request, let us know and we will document what we know.
